ADD ADJUSTMENTS

Making Inventory Corrections via the Adjustment Center

Following a physical stock audit, you will occasionally find discrepancies due to damaged items, scanning errors, or sample distributions. In CloudMA ERP, you can bring your system records into perfect alignment with physical reality using the Adjustment Center.

As shown in image, you can access this function by expanding the Product Module on the left sidebar and clicking on Adjustment Center. This space logs all historical inventory adjustments, tracking them by date, reference code, target warehouse, and affected products.

How to Create a Stock Adjustment

When you need to manually add or subtract stock to reflect real-world quantities, use the structured form.

Step 1: Initialize the Adjustment Form

Click the bright blue "+ Add Adjustment" button at the top-left of the master Adjustment Center screen.

Step 2: Select the Warehouse and Attach Verification

  1. Warehouse *: Click the dropdown menu and select the specific branch or warehouse location where the stock correction needs to take place.

  2. Attach Document: Click "Choose File" if you have a signed physical count sheet, damage report, or photo evidence to upload for administrative verification.

Step 3: Search and Add Discrepant Products

Navigate to the Select Product field. Type your unique product code or item name into the search bar. The system will look up the item instantly—simply click on the product from the dropdown results to add it to your active Order Table.

Step 4: Populate the Order Table *

Once an item is added to the table, review and modify the adjustment details row-by-row:

Step 5: Log Regulatory Notes and Finalize

  1. Note: Use the large text field at the bottom to write a brief explanation for the audit trail (e.g., "Adjusting for 3 units of water-damaged laptop bags found during the June audit").

  2. Submit: Click the dark blue "Send to Adjustment" button.
