Stock adjustments allow you to reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory counts and system records caused by damages, losses, internal usage, or physical audit corrections.
Step 1: Access the Adjustment Center

From the left sidebar, navigate to Product Module > Adjustment Center.
The main screen displays past adjustment transactions with the following details:
Date & Reference: The transaction timestamp and auto-generated tracking code.
Adjustment Type & Warehouse: The reason category and the affected facility.
Product & Note: Specific items modified and user remarks.
Use the top filters (Filter by Adjustment Type and Filter by Warehouse) to narrow down records, or use the quick export buttons (PDF, CSV, Excel, Print) on the right.
Click the blue "+ Add Adjustment" button to start a new stock adjustment.
Step 2: Configure Adjustment Details and Select Items

Fill in the required information marked with an asterisk (*):
Warehouse*: Choose the specific warehouse location where the stock change occurred.
Adjustment Type*: Select the adjustment category (e.g., Raw Material, Damaged, Expired, Inventory Count).
Attach Document: Upload supporting verification documents, audit logs, or inspection sheets using Choose File.
Select Product: Type the product name or scan the item code/barcode into the search bar. Selecting an item automatically adds it to the Order Table.

Step 3: Update Quantities and Submit
Order Table*: Review the selected items:
Stock Qty: Displays current system inventory for the chosen warehouse.
Change Qty: Enter the quantity to be added or deducted.
Action: Click the trash icon to remove any accidentally added line items.
Note: Enter an explanation describing the reason for the discrepancy or authorization details.
Click "Send to Adjustment" to apply the inventory update immediately.
