The Stock Count Module enables full physical inventory audits across warehouses, compares on-hand stock with ERP records, and reconciles balance differences.
Step 1: Access the Stock Count Module

From the left sidebar, navigate to Product Module > Stock Count Module.
The main table tracks historical and pending stock count sessions:
Date & Reference: Timestamp of the audit and its generated reference ID (e.g., scr-XXXXXXXX-XXXXXX).
Warehouse: Location being audited.
Category / Brand / Type: Scope of the inventory session (e.g., Full).
Initial File: Download link for the initial stock snapshot sheet.
Final File: Record of the completed count file.
Action: Status indicator showing whether a session requires completion (Finalize) or has been closed (Final Report).
Click the blue "+ Count Stock" button in the top left to initiate an audit.
Step 2: Initiate a New Stock Count Session

In the "Count Stock" modal, define the parameters for the count:
Warehouse*: Select the target facility or branch to audit from the dropdown.
Type*: Choose the count scope (e.g., Full for an all-inclusive facility audit).
Click "Submit" to initialize the session. The system captures the current real-time stock levels and generates a new audit record in the main table.
Step 3: Download Worksheet, Perform Count, and Finalize
Download the Initial File: In the Stock Count table, locate the newly created session and click the document icon under the Initial File column to export the inventory counting sheet.
Execute Physical Count: Enter the actual counted quantities against the listed item codes in the worksheet.
Upload and Finalize:
Click the blue "Finalize" button under the Action column for that session.
Upload the completed count sheet to reconcile actual stock against recorded values.
View Audit Output: Once finalized, the status switches to a green "Final Report" badge, where inventory differences and variance summaries are accessible.
