The Sale Module in CloudMA ERP streamlines sales management, billing records, and payment tracking into a single unified interface.
1. Top Bar Filtering Options

The upper control bar allows users to filter and locate specific sales records quickly using diverse criteria:
Date Range: Filter transactions between specific date periods (e.g., from 2025-09-18 to 2026-09-18).
Warehouse & Sale Status: Narrow down records by physical branch/warehouse or order state (e.g., Completed, Pending).
Payment Status: Isolate bills according to their financial state (Paid, Partial, or Due).
Staff & Location: Filter by designated Cashier, Sales Person, or Customer Area.
Classification & Methods: Sort records via Customer Group, Product Category, Payment Method (Cash, Card, etc.), and Shipment Status.
2. Action Menu Features
At the far right of each transaction row, an Action dropdown button provides contextual operations for that specific invoice:
View: Inspect full order details and item breakdowns.
View Payment: Review previously collected installments or payment history.
Add Payment: Open a direct entry window to log new collections against outstanding balances.
Edit: Adjust invoice details or modify line items.
Add Delivery: Assign logistics and delivery tracking parameters.
Delete: Remove the transaction record when necessary.
A4 Bill & Download A4 Bill: Preview or download the invoice formatted for standard A4 desktop printing.
POS Bill & Download POS Bill: Open or download thermal slip formats tailored for POS receipt printers.

3. Recording a Payment (Add Payment Modal)
Selecting Add Payment from the Action menu launches a modal window to capture settlement details:
Received Amount & Paying Amount: Specify the exact cash or digital value received from the buyer.
Paid By: Designate the channel of collection (e.g., Cash).
Account: Map the incoming funds to the correct ledger account (e.g., Lakshan Receivable).
Payment Note: Add memo details or reference notes before clicking Submit to finalize the ledger update.

4. Invoice Printing Formats
The module provides dual-format output depending on the business setup:
POS Slip Printing: Clicking POS Bill immediately triggers a print preview formatted for standard 80mm thermal receipt printers (such as an XP-80C), displaying header branding, branch information, line-item totals, and standard warranty disclaimers.
A4 Invoicing: Generates a full-sized commercial document suitable for corporate billing, warehousing handovers, or archival filing.
