The Bill of Materials (BOM) functions as the foundational recipe within the CloudMA ERP Manufacture Module, defining raw material requirements, yield quantities, and product costing.
BOM List Overview
Navigating to Manufacture Module > BOM List opens the centralized repository of all saved manufacturing recipes.
Key Data Columns: Displays the Name, base Price, Total Cost, Recipe QTY, Expiry Days, and Unit Cost for every finished item.
Actions Menu: Allows users to view, edit, or adjust configurations for existing BOM records.
Quick Access: The top bar includes + Create BOM to initiate a new recipe and + Import BOM for bulk uploading existing configurations.
Creating a New BOM (Step-by-Step)
Clicking the + Create BOM button opens the recipe definition form:
Product Identification: Enter the Recipe Name and unique product Code, then assign a Brand and Category * using the dropdown menus.
Costing & Pricing: Specify the Price and Minimum Price. System-calculated indicators like Total Cost * and Unit Cost update automatically based on constituent item values.
Units & Quantities: Set Expiry Days, followed by Unit, Sale Unit, Production Unit, and the target batch output in Recipe QTY.
Search Ingredients: Select each raw component from the dropdown to populate the ingredient table, entering the required Qty to calculate the associated line Cost.
Finalize: Check Is Serial Product if serial tracking is required, then click Create Recipe to save the BOM into the system.
