The Reports Module aggregates operational, inventory, sales, purchasing, and partner data into actionable business intelligence. It enables management and authorized staff to monitor stock movements, financial returns, profit margins, and counterparty performance across multiple branches and warehouses.
All tabular reports in this module follow a unified, four-step operation:
Set Date Range: Define the start and end dates in the Choose Your Date field, or enable the Load Today checkbox to filter records for the current day immediately.
Apply Multi-Dimensional Filters: Narrow down results using dropdowns such as Choose Warehouse, Choose Category, Brand, Sold Type, or Choose Section.
Generate View: Click the dark blue Filter button to fetch and display the data on screen.
Export & Print:
Click Custom Download CSV for direct data pipeline integration.
Use the top-right toolbar buttons (Copy, CSV/Excel, PDF, or Print) to generate formatted audit spreadsheets or physical printouts.
Use the Search bar to locate specific entries by SKU, product name, or reference code instantly.

The Product Report is an in-depth stock valuation, sales performance, and profit margin analysis interface.
How to Generate:
Navigate to Reports Module > Product Report Module.
Select your period in Choose Your Date.
Filter by Choose Warehouse, Choose Section, Choose Category, Brand, Sold status, or Choose Stock status.
Click Filter (or click Custom Download CSV to export immediately).
Interpreting Key Columns:
Product & Category: Identifies the item and its classification.
Purchased Amount & Qty: Total inventory volume and value procured within the date range.
Sold Amount, Qty & Discount: Outgoing unit counts, turnover value, and deductions given.
Market Return & Purchase Returned: Quantities and amounts reversed due to customer returns or vendor pushbacks.
Gross Profit & Net Profit: Realized margins calculated per individual SKU.
In Stock, Stock Price & Stock Cost: Current warehouse holding levels, base selling prices, and total inventory holding cost.

The Sale Report provides a consolidated breakdown of sales turnover, volumes moved, and remaining warehouse inventory per product.
How to Generate:
Navigate to Reports Module > Sale Report Module.
Specify the date range or check Load Today.
Select the target branch in Choose Warehouse, pick a specific Choose Category, and set Sold Type (e.g., All).
Click Filter.
Reviewing Data:
Each record highlights: Product Name, Code, Sold Amount, Sold Qty, and current In Stock balance.
The bottom Total row calculates aggregate turnover value, total units sold, and cumulative remaining stock across all displayed lines.
