The All System User List interface allows administrators to control who has access to the ERP system, manage credentials, define user access roles (such as Admin, Cashier, Manager, or Owner), and maintain security by modifying or removing staff accounts.
Navigate to the Interface:
In the left sidebar, click on User Module and select All System User List.

Review User Records:
The list displays details for every registered user: UserName, Email, Company Name, Phone Number, Role, Status (e.g., Active vs. Inactive), and an Action dropdown.
Search for Users:
Use the Search field above the table to find a specific staff member by username, phone number, or email address.
Open the Creation Form:
Click the blue + Add User button at the top-left of the table, or select Add New User directly from the sidebar navigation.

Complete the User Profile:
UserName *: Enter a unique login name for the user.
Company Name: Enter the associated organization name.
Password *: Type a secure password, or click the Generate button inside the input field to create a secure password automatically (click the eye icon to view or hide it).
Role *: Open the dropdown and assign an operational role (e.g., CloudMA, Owner, CASHIER, Manager).
Email *: Provide a valid company or personal email address.
Phone Number *: Enter the direct contact number.
Active Checkbox: Check the Active box to immediately allow this user to log in.
Save the User:
Click the blue Add User button to create the account. (Note: If your system has reached its concurrent user ceiling, an upgrade notification banner will display).
Open the Action Menu:
Locate the specific user row in the list and click the blue Action dropdown button on the far right.

Editing a User:
Click Edit from the dropdown menu.
The Update User screen will open.
From here, you can update their UserName, change the Role, update contact details (Email, Phone Number), assign a specific Warehouse, or reset their credentials in the Change Password field.
Click Update User to save the changes.

Deleting a User:
Click Delete (trash can icon) under the Action menu to permanently remove user access from the ERP environment.
