The Customer's List is your central CRM register. It tracks detailed contact information, addresses, tax/utility numbers, credit limits, sales volume balances, and assigned sales representatives for each client.
Navigate to Customer Directory:
From the sidebar menu, select User Module > Customers List.

Apply Directory Filters:
Select Customer Group: Filter your view by group tier (e.g., All Groups, VIP, Cash Group).
Date: Set an onboarding or engagement date window.
Select Sales Person: Filter accounts managed by a specific employee.
Select Customer Route: Segment customers according to designated field/delivery routes.
Review Metrics and Limits:
Inspect customer fields including: Company Name, Email, Mobile, Address, Reward Points, Deposited Balance, Total Due, Credit Limit, and Sale Value.
Use the export buttons (CSV, Excel, PDF, Print) to generate full contact sheets and outstanding balance audits.
Open the Customer Form:
Click the blue + Add Customer button above the list, or select Add New Customer from the sidebar.
The full Add Customer onboarding form will display.

Fill in Profile Fields:
Customer Group *: Choose a group tier (e.g., Cash Group) from the dropdown to automatically apply group-level pricing.
Name *: Enter the individual contact person's full name.
Company Name: Enter the registered business name if applicable.
Phone Number *: Enter the primary phone number.
Email: Provide an active email address for invoice dispatches.
NIC No & CEB Bill No: Enter national identity or utility billing numbers for credit verification.
Tax Number: Add VAT/tax registration IDs if the client requires tax invoicing.
Address Details: Complete the physical location details including Address, City, State, Postal Code, and Country.
Route & Logistics: Specify Customer Route and select the assigned territory under Customer Area.
Select Sales Person: Assign an internal sales executive or account manager to this customer.
Select Receivable Account *: Choose the relevant general ledger receivables account (e.g., INVENTORY or Accounts Receivable), or click the blue + icon to set up a new dedicated sub-ledger account directly.
Save the Profile:
Click the dark blue Add Customer button at the bottom to finalize registration. The customer will now appear across your sales orders, invoices, and POS terminals.
