The Role Permission section allows administrators to create access roles (such as CloudMA, Owner, Manager, CASHIER, and Staff) and precisely control permissions across every module, action, and report in the ERP system. This ensures employees only see and interact with features relevant to their job duties.
Access the Interface:
Go to the left navigation sidebar, click System Settings, and select Role Permission.


2.Review Existing Roles:
The directory table lists all registered roles along with their Name, Description, and an Action button.
Use the Search box to quickly filter roles by title.
3.Add a New Role:
Click the blue + Add Role button at the top left to create a new user role.
4.Edit Role Name or Description:
Click the Action button on any role row and select Edit to modify its title or description.

Open the Permission Matrix:
Click the Action button on the target role row and select Change Permission.
The Change Permission Option screen will open.
Assign Core Module CRUD Permissions:

For primary business modules (such as Product, Purchase, Purchase Payment, Sale, Sale Payment, Expense, Quotation, Transfer, Sale Return, Purchase Return, Employee, User, Customer, Biller, Supplier), use the checkboxes under four permission types:
View: Allows users to view records.
Add: Allows users to create new records.
Edit: Allows users to modify existing records.
Delete: Allows users to remove records.
Use the top Permissions master checkbox to toggle all module permissions simultaneously.
Configure Sub-Module & Feature Rights:
Dashboard: Check or uncheck access to specific dashboard widgets, such as Revenue and Profit Summary, Cash Flow, Best Seller, Recent Transactions, Quantity Alerts, and Finance Dashboard.
Accounting & HRM: Toggle permissions for Account, Money Transfer, Balance Sheet, Account Statement, Department, Attendance, and Payroll.
Reports: Grant view permissions for individual reports, such as Summary Report, Product Report, Sale Report Chart, Warehouse Stock Chart, and Product Expiry Report.
Settings: Enable or disable administrative toggles, including Discount Plan, Warehouse, Tax, SMS Setting, POS Setting, Backup Database, Tax Invoice, and Assign Warehouse.
Miscellaneous: Grant permissions for operational functions like Stock Count, Adjustment, Coupon, Delivery, and Print Barcode.

Save Changes:
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the dark blue Save Permission button to activate the configuration.
