Welcome to CloudMA ERP! This guide is designed to help new users seamlessly access the system backend for the very first time. By following the simple steps below, you will learn how to verify your workspace, input your credentials, and securely log into the Back Office.
Open your preferred web browser and enter the unique URL provided by your system administrator. Because CloudMA ERP is a 100% online, cloud-based platform, you can securely access this page from any device with an active internet connection.
Before typing in your credentials, look at the bottom of the white login card:
Locate the Client Id field.
Always verify that this number matches your company's official account designation. If your business operates multiple branches or distinct enterprise accounts, ensuring the Client ID is correct guarantees you are authenticating into the right corporate environment.
Locate the two primary input fields in the middle of the card:
Username: Type your assigned corporate username (for instance, default administrative users will type your username).
Password: Input your secure password. To ensure your account's integrity, your characters will remain hidden behind secure bullets as you type.
Once all your information is accurately filled out:
Click the prominent blue button labeled "Log in CloudMA™ Back Office".
If your credentials are correct, the system will process your secure, encrypted data, bypass the portal entry, and instantly redirect you to your personalized Main Dashboard command center.
System Access Expiration Timer: Directly above the input fields, you will notice an "Expire In" countdown clock. This tracks the active remaining time for temporary trial or system deployment licenses. If this timer runs down to zero, contact your IT support administrator or ChIOX representative to handle system extensions.
Incorrect Credentials: If the page reloads or displays an authorization error, double-check that your caps lock is off and that your Client ID matches your onboarding documentation.

Upon a successful login, you are instantly brought to the central hub of CloudMA ERP. The interface is optimized to give you quick, structured access to specialized management tools via the comprehensive left-hand sidebar.
Under the primary Dashboard dropdown menu, you can toggle between four dedicated landing screens, each tailored to track a specific aspect of your business:
Main Dashboard: Your high-level command center. It aggregates real-time sales metrics, revenue flow charts, and critical operational counters (like total sales and returns) across all branches at a glance.
Inventory Dashboard: Focuses strictly on stock logistics. Use this to monitor current inventory levels, warehouse distributions, and active item counts.
Event Calendar: A scheduling hub used to manage internal timelines, system-wide notifications, and track operational events.
Finance Dashboard: A dedicated fiscal screen monitoring active cash flows, outstanding expenses, net profits, and multi-branch revenue lines.
The collapsible sidebar on the left lets you manage your day-to-day enterprise operations. Here is a short summary of each core module :
Product Module: Used to manage your core product catalog, assign item codes, pre-configure categories/brands, and execute bulk CSV product imports.
Manufacture Module: Designed for production environments to handle raw materials, item recipes (Bills of Materials), and assembly logging.
Job Sheet: Tracks active service tasks, work orders, and internal assignments across technical or mechanical operational workflows.
User Module: Your administrative panel to manage staff profiles, assign organizational roles, and enforce system access permissions.
Purchase Module: Streamlines supplier workflows, from creating purchase orders to tracking newly received incoming stock.
Sale Module: The retail and commercial engine containing wholesale records, consumer delivery details, and transactional receipts.
Payment Module: Tracks all inflows and outflows, helping verify account processing statuses and financial transactions.
Expense Module: Allows quick logging of auxiliary business costs—such as utility bills, warehouse rent, and salary distributions—to keep profit margins accurate.
